Equipment allegedly stolen in Vanderburgh County was seized in Union County.

In an Eyewitness News special report : More Questions in Union County,” we have a follow up to our investigation that aired earlier this month.
Our investigation showed that the Union County fiscal court purchased six pieces of equipment from a fake company led by a man named Jason Habermel.
Records show the equipment was sold for well below market value.
Authorities said it came with altered or missing serial numbers.
But ,new records and new information show it wasn’t just equipment connecting the county and Habermel together.
