Public input sought on Mid-States Corridor

News

JASPER, Ind. (WEHT)– The Mid-States Corridor Project Team is making it easier for residents to find out more information about the project and share their feedback.

Residents can now pick up a handout to learn more and leave their comments. Three meetings took place throughout the month.

The handouts and questionnaires will be available at area libraries. Responses to the questionnaire will be accepted through March 23.

The Mid-States Corridor Project examines the concept of an improved highway connection in southern Indiana. Ten alternatives on five routes are moving forward for more detailed study.

All materials from the public meetings are available on the project website. Meeting materials include maps, display boards, a project presentation, and a screening report questionnaire.
