Public invited to join conversation to assist Evansville’s homeless

On Thursday afternoon in downtown Evansville, people are welcome to join a conversation to battle homelessness.

The public is invited to a luncheon discussing efforts to help the homeless in the community.

Guests will have the opportunity to hear from local agencies and churches who are assisting families experiencing a housing crisis.

The luncheon is from 11:30 until 1:00 at the C.K. Newsome Center in Evansville, located at 100 Walnut Street.
