Resolution passes supporting constitution

HENDERSON, Ky,(WEHT)-A proposal in Kentucky will be used to regulate assault rifles and magazine capacity has some cities passing what are called second amendment resolutions. The citizens do not support any change to the law.

Tuesday morning the Henderson fiscal court proposed its resolution. Second Amendment supporters at the meeting said their rights are being chipped away and they wanted the Henderson resolution to mention the second amendment.

After several residents expressed their thoughts the fiscal court voted and passed the resolution.
