Rolling Thunder will be rolling into Evansville on Thursday.
The motorcycle group is part of the Vietnam Wall to Wall Escort – carrying American and POW/MIA flags previously flown over the Vietnam Memorial in Washington D.C. to their new home at the National Veterans Memorial in Perryville, Missouri.
Overnight, the group will be staying in Evansville as its journey continues.
A short ceremony will be held Friday at 7 a.m. at the Four Freedoms Monument.
The group will arrive at the New National Veterans Memorial in Missouri Saturday morning where an exact replica of the black granite Vietnam Wall is being built.
