An Evansville woman’s sentence on sex-related charges in Henderson involving children has been delayed until June 15.
Jessica Smith pleaded guilty to committing sexual offenses against children.
Police say Smith hosted a party for a group of kids ages six to thirteen and showing them pornographic movies and magazines and had some of the children produce sexually explicit material.
Police say Smith told the children she was a witch in an effort to keep them quiet about the acts.
Smith is expected to receive a ten year prison sentence. We are told the delay was prompted by paperwork must still be done.
