An Indiana man acquitted of murdering his wife and children will get a big check from the county that prosecuted him.
According to the News and Tribune in Floyd County, David Camm settled a lawsuit last week.
The paper reports the county will pay $450,000.
Camm was twice convicted of his family’s murder and spent 13 years in prison.
He was eventually re-tried and acquitted.
The former Indiana State Trooper has a lawsuit against the state.
