Silver Alert issued for northern Indiana teen

DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (WEHT) A state-wide Silver Alert has been declared for a 14-year-old boy.

The Garrett Police Department in DeKalb County, Indiana is investigating the disappearance of Shayden Drew Howard.

Howard is a-14 year-old white male, 6 feet 1 inch tall, 195 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, jeans and black tennis shoes.  

Howard could be in the company of an adult white male.

He is missing from Garrett, Indiana, which is 141 miles northeast of Indianapolis.

Howard was last seen on Monday, May 6, 2019 at 7:30 a.m., and is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
