HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – According to Webster County Central Dispatch, crews spent Monday night into Tuesday morning fighting a pole barn fire near Highway 56 in Dixon.
Dispatch says the call for this fire came in at 4:00 p.m. and due to the large presence of emergency crews, Highway 41-A between Dixon and Poole was closed for a time, but has since reopened.
Webster County Officials told Eyewitness News that the fire impacted several acres of land, and that crews remained on the scene until about 12:30 a.m., and the investigation into the fire is ongoing.
