OAKLAND CITY, Ind. (WEHT) – The family whose dogs were found dead in trash bags said it has received some tips from people who say they believe they heard gunshots over the weekend when the dogs went missing. The family said neighbors are checking security cameras hoping to find out who might be responsible. They say there is a $250 dollar reward for anyone with information.
