Kentucky Supreme Court eases COVID courtrooms restrictions

KENTUCKY (WEHT) – The Kentucky Supreme Court issued orders to ease restrictions in courtrooms across the state. Starting April 1, jurors will be allowed into courthouses and grand juries will be allowed to proceed. Judges will be allowed to schedule individual cases for in-person hearings. Also, jury trials will be allowed to start May 1.
