Don’t drink and drive, and pay attention to the road. Those are two simple messages area law enforcement want you to remember every day—but especially in the next several weeks.
Members of the Indiana State Police, the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office, and the Evansville Police Department will be ramping up traffic patrols starting first thing Friday.
As part of a state-wide effort, more officers, deputies, and troopers will be looking to keep drunk drivers off the roads.
