Dr. John Honnigford was set to stand trial on Monday, but the court reset the trial date to April 1.

An Evansville doctor accused of possessing sexually explicit material involving minors is set to stand trial in federal court.

According to court documents from the United States Clerk’s Office of Evansville, Dr. John Honnigford had videos and images including one or more depictions involving a minor or a minor under the age of 12.

Honnigford is accused of acquiring the files on the internet using a computer and an external hard drive.
