Trump, Pence scheduled to appear at annual NRA meeting in Indianapolis today

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WEHT) President Trump and Vice President Pence are both heading to Indiana for an appearance at the NRA’s 148th Annual meeting in Indianapolis.

The exhibit hall in the Indiana Convention Center opens Friday.

Gun owners and gun rights advocates will have a chance to browse more than 800 exhibitions, shop for weapons and accessories and attend exclusive seminars.

Both trump and Pence are scheduled to address NRA members.

City leaders expect some 75000 attendees will inject $35 million into the local economy.
