Indiana State Police arrested two men in Perry County for allegedly manufacturing meth and allegedly stealing items from a homeowner’s barn and garage.
The investigation started after a trooper received a report of a possible theft at a home on Brushy Fork Rd. in the southern part of the county.
After running a license plate check and speaking with Tell City Police, ISP learned that the owner of the vehicle, 36-year-old Joshua McManaway of Tell City, had an active warrant out for his arrest through Perry County.

The driver was identified by authorities as Mcmanaway and the passenger was identified as 32-year-old Heath W. Pieper of Tell City.
Pieper was wanted on a Body Attachment through Dubois County, and authorities placed both into custody.
Authorities say they found numerous drugs and paraphernalia in the vehicle.
Many of the items found in the vehicle had been taken from the homeowner who initially reported a theft, according to ISP.
