Two of the men who were arrested shortly after that January shooting at the CK Newsome Center in Evansville are facing ten years in prison.

Austin Pam and Dugniqio Forest were indicted this week for illegally possessing firearms.

Evansville Police say they found guns in a vehicle the two men were in earlier this year.

Officials believe the men are part of the 300 Wag Block gang and were planning a retaliation for the shooting at CK Newsome on January 18.

Police have arrested Anthony Stewart for allegedly firing a gun twice in the center’s gym. There were 40 to 50 people in the gym at the time.

No one was injured.
