Union Co. man walks away from work release, KSP says

Authorities in Union County are looking for a man who walked away from work release.

According to Kentucky State Police, Jason Stangel, 40, of Uniontown, was lodged in the Union County Detention Center on non-violent charges.

According to troopers, he walked away between 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Thursday and has not been seen since.
