Ky. (WEHT) — Gov. Andy Beshear says there were 141 new cases and three new deaths Sunday, and 105 new cases and four new deaths Monday. There are 6,677 total cases statewide with 23 probable.

 J. Michael Brown says numbers from Green River Correctional Complex are the same as last week. There are two inmates and two staff hospitalized with COVID-19, and two of those people are in the ICU.

Brown says they’re training more staff on temperature checks and they want to do those checks more frequently. Future retesting for some of Green River is being arranged, and the new housing plan was completed Saturday.
