EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) The widow of murdered Evansville Firefighter Robert Doerr is due back in court on Monday.

Elizabeth Fox-Doerr is facing Obstruction of Justice and False Reporting charges.

EPD says Fox-Doerr deleted a call from her cell phone before calling an ambulance for her husband, after he was shot on the night of February 26.

Last week, a judge ruled Fox-Doerr must move out of her home, and granted a request from Robert Doerr’s daughter to freeze her late father’s assets.

If convicted, Fox-Doerr could spend more than three years behind bars.

So far, no one has been charged with the shooting of firefighter Robert Doerr.
