The wife of slain Evansville Firefighter Robert Doerr is due in court on Monday.

Elizabeth Fox-Doerr is charged with Obstruction of Justice, for allegedly deleting a call from her cell phone before calling 911 to report her husband had been shot.

Robert Doerr was shot outside his Oakley Street home nearly two weeks ago.

Police say no one has yet been charged with the shooting.

Fox-Doerr had bail set last week at $3,000.

The Vanderburgh County Jail website does not list her as a current inmate.

Fox-Doerr is due in court Monday morning at 10:00.
