OWENSBORO, Ky. (WEHT) – A third person has announced plans to run for Owensboro mayor.

Dracin Williams said he decided to run “…because our city-county, like many American cities, is in a vulnerable period that calls for new leaders to step forward to bring people together in the creation of a new vision for our communities.”
