7th Annual YLU dodgeball tournament raises money for Evansville’s youth.

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – The 7th Annual YLU dodgeball tournament took place at Harrison High School on Saturday.

The event featured 34 teams in the all morning tournament. The Young Leaders United competition raised over $13,000 dollars in the process.

Those who participated explain it’s great for the local community.

It’s a kids game and we get to enjoy it as adults and its just a really unique experience. I’ve lived in Evansville my whole life and we get to invest in our community. I want to live here for the rest of my life. We want to keep resources here and invest in Evansville.”
