Colts’ quarterback Andrew Luck was in Evansville on Tuesday teaching healthy lifestyle tips such as exercise, healthy eating, and stress management as part of the Change the Play camp.
Change the Play is a camp run in conjunction with Riley Children’s Hospital and is designed to be a fun way to help children learn about living more healthy lives starting at a young age. Indiana scores poorly in categories such as diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. Each year, more and more children are diagnosed with these health conditions. Those diagnoses – left untreated – can lead to lifelong and life-altering problems. The Change the Play camp works to help prevent these issues in the Hoosier State.
The camp continues throughout the week in different locations across Indiana.
