“The pressure is off knowing you aren’t the favorite. going into the regional tournament. we are playing with house money right here. We are going to go, have fun, and play that underdog role and be the aggressor.”

(NOAH CURRY)
“We’ve been playing our best basketball recently and we feel like we can beat anybody. We just have to play hard and rebound. In the beginning of the season we went through a lot of adversity, losses and all that. It’s just us coming together, that’s my favorite part.”

(DAYMIAN DIXON)
“We all believe we can play with anybody so therefore, all of our confidence is up, and we just go out there and do what we do and try to out play everybody. But, now we have proven everybody wrong all season… it’s fun to fun to shock the state.”

(MICHAEL GILBERT)
“As i talked to some of the colonel players, they said they like not being the favorite heading into the postseason. They want to be the guys that send other teams home. Up next, they take on Owensboro on the road tomorrow. Reporting from the colonels practice, Michael Gilbert, eyewitness news.”

Henderson County plays Owensboro tomorrow night.
