Former Ohio Mr. Basketball transfers to Evansville

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) The Aces have picked up another transfer. Former Ohio Mr. Basketball Samari Curtis has transferred to Evansville.


The 6-4 guard played played in 8 games as a freshman at Nebraska before deciding to leave Lincoln.

As a high school senior in Xenia, Ohio, Curtis averaged nearly 34 points a game, and ESPN listed him as a 4 star recruit.


Curtis will be eligible for game action in December.
