One of Kentucky football's all-time greats visited Owensboro to spend some time with Big Blue nation at Academy Sports. Snell is UK's all time leading rusher with 3,873 rushing yards.
Snell helped turn around Kentucky football leading the Cats to a Citrus Bowl win against Penn State. Snell was full of energy at Owensboro and appreciates all the support.
"If you showed up in Owensboro Kentucky, you got to see your boy, we taking pictures, we turning up, if you are not here, you are missing out. It means the world. The reason I kind made a foundation, to build the snell ya foundation, is to have a good cause, to have a good positive vibe like yelling the catchphrase, my goal is turn it into something positive."
Snell added 48 touchdowns during his time as a Wildcat tailback.
