FERDINAND, Ind (WEHT) Ross Fuhs will begin the 2019 campaign with one of his most experienced teams as Forest Park head coach.
The Rangers were hit hard by injuries last year, which led to a lot of young players getting valuable playing time.
Fuhs says it’s now time for those experienced players to take the next step and be more aggressive.
“I feel like the last couple of years we have been sitting back and having other teams dictate the game. We are reacting instead of attacking. That’s really been a big point of emphasis. Football is a violent game, and we have to step our game up and be more violent because the teams we are play are going to be like that.”
Forest Park opens up the season with Gibson Southern.
