HTF Two-A-Days: Hopkins County Central

MADISONVILLE, Ky. – (WEHT) Hopkins County Central started last season off hot, but then fizzled out down the stretch. This season, the Storm say they’re ready for a good season from start to finish.

“A lot of people doubt that they’ll be able to do anything, but they know they can. We believe in them, and they believe in themselves so we’re excited to see them get out there and prove it to everybody,” said head coach Stephen Wood.

The Storm have 17 seniors returning this season, a group they hope will lead with their experience.

“We’ve got a lot more depth than we’ve had in previous years, and we keep the same mindset we’ve had over the whole off season that we want to change what people think about us,” said senior Dreyton Grimes.

The Storm kick off the season against Webster County.
