BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (WEHT) – The Indiana Hoosiers defeated Rutgers 35-0 on Saturday at Memorial Stadium on IU’s bicentennial homecoming.

The Hoosiers had everything clicking and executed a superb game plan at home.

Stevie Scott III rushed for a season high 164 rushing yards on 12 carries, while wide receiver Whop Philyor did damage on the catch run. The junior posted 10 receptions for a career high 182 receiving yards.

All in all, Rutgers didn’t give much push back finishing the contest with 75 total yards of offense and just 1 passing yard.

Indiana moves to 4-2 overall and 1-2 in Big Ten play. IU faces Maryland next Saturday on the road.
