The Cold War is alive and well in Rio at least as far as Lilly King is concerned.
King called out her main competition, Russian swimmer Yulia Efimova after the semi-finals of the women’s 100 meter breaststroke.
King won her semi-final heat and so did Efimova who celebrated by raising the “number one” sign into the air.
King was watching and took offense saying she was not a fan of her shaking her finger “number one” when she’s been caught for drug cheating.
King and Efimova are the top two favorites in Monday night’s 100 meter breaststroke finals.
