EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – It’s been a roller coaster of a season for the Purple Aces, but with a new head coach, they hope to get back on track.

The Aces have lost seven straight, including Lickliter’s debut this week against Drake. Lickliter says he believes in his team and is excited to build on their foundation.

“When you think about the winning or the losing, you’re really just big picture. We want to narrow it down and enjoy the game, work on getting better and improving and becoming a really good team,” said Lickliter. “If we do that, then we think the winning will take care of itself.”

Up next, the Aces will travel to Valparaiso on Sunday.
