Hospitality docks installed at Victoria National ahead of Korn Ferry Championship

NEWBURGH, Ind. – (WEHT) The Korn Ferry Championship at Victoria National will feature something new for spectators this year: hospitality docks on the 18th green.

The docks were installed on Sunday morning and are expected to provide more space and a unique view for spectators.

“Our team has been working on the tournament since last fall so it’s really fun to see it all come together with the build and what we’re doing today with the docks,” said tournament director Laureen Cates. “You do all of that planning and the prep for it and then to actually be out here on sight as the structures are going up and things are going into place is really exciting. We’ve really kind of outgrown this space around the 18th green this year, and so we had to consider how do we go from here and being able to move onto the water made sense. “

The Korn Ferry Championship will take place on Labor Day weekend at Victoria National.
