University of Evansville retires Jamey Carroll’s jersey

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) –  Jamey Carroll’s #23 jersey retired at Braun Stadium. Carroll says one of the best parts of the ceremony was having the opportunity to see family, friends and old teammates.
