(LEE AUKER)
You hate to say it’s expected, but with the talent we had coming back, we knew would be competitive.Greensburg is good and they got some kids back from that same team, and Ryleigh Anslinger, Peyton Murphy and Hope Lensing, were all freshman on that team and played big roles. They all know what’s coming.”

(PEYTON MURPHY)
“It’s amazing we talk about tradition here at Memorial and we being apart of a program that is that successful is just unreal. We are really greatful that we are one of the teams that is still able to play basketball and we are just taking every game and practice like it’s going to be our last.”

(HOPE LENSING)
We have really good chemistry,so that helps a lot, we get a long really well and we just play really well together. We definitely have a chip on our shoulder, and we want to go out to win another regional championship, and keep on winning and head to state.”

Memorial feels this time around, they have more experience and more upperclassmen for this regional rematch.

Memorial takes on Greensburg in Charlestown on Saturday.
