EVANSVILLE, In. (WEHT) After hitting a bit of a slump in December, the Panthers seemed to have righted the ship. Reitz knocked off Bloomington North on the road last weekend, then followed it up with a win over Boonville this week.

Head Coach Michael Adams says he hopes this string of wins gives the Panthers the boost they need to get back on track for the toughest part of their schedule.

“I think the sky is the limit, obviously if you look at the state of Indiana 4A basketball is really good, so you’ve got to be good to compete at that level. So if you’re going to go somewhere in the state tournament, you’ve got to be for real,” said Adams.

Panthers star Khristian Lander is now just 13 points away from notching 1,000 career points with the Panthers.

Up next, Reitz will face Bedford North Lawrence.
