FRANKFORT, Ky. (WEHT) — Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear’s office has announced that he will sign an executive order on Thursday, that will restore rights to more than 100,000 men and women who have, the office said, “paid their debt to society.”

 The governor will be joined at the signing by Lt. Gov. Jacqueline Coleman and voting rights supporters.

The signing will take place at 2 p.m. CST at the State Capitol Rotunda in Frankfort.
