EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – Parts of Haynie’s Corner in Evansville will be construction free come this weekend’s “Fall Funk in the City Art Festival.”
Contractors on the Washington Avenue and South East 2nd Street water main relocation project expect to have work on Adams Avenue complete by end of the day Friday. That’s the road in front of the Alhambra.
Paving on Parrett Street and Washington Avenue should be done too.
Some construction will remain in the area.
The festival will feature over 100 art booths, food vendors and kid-friendly activities from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
